Overview

Mattermost is hiring a Revenue Operations - Tools & Technology Admin to manage data governance and support lead acquisition processes. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure data integrity and effective utilization. This role requires a solid understanding of subscription-based software operations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, particularly in managing tools and technology within a subscription-based software environment. Your experience includes ensuring data integrity and governance over key prospect, partner, and customer data — you understand the importance of accurate data in driving business success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey processes and solutions effectively across multiple teams. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for building and maintaining system templates, workflows, and reporting structures that support marketing and sales functions.

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems and data management tools is a plus. Familiarity with lead acquisition strategies and pipeline management will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and have a collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the GTM technology stack, ensuring that data governance practices are upheld. You will work closely with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations to maintain a solutions architecture that supports the marketing and sales functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include executing programs that facilitate lead acquisition, managing lead flow, and overseeing pipeline management. You will build and maintain system templates, workflows, and data structures that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with Finance and Order Processing to ensure adherence to corporate structures related to opportunity setup and the closing process. Your role will be pivotal in developing and delivering reporting that supports the quote-to-cash process, ensuring that all teams have the insights they need to drive success.
