Overview

StackAdapt is hiring a Lead, Revenue Operations to support their Vertical Sales business unit. You'll work closely with leadership to operationalize strategies and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in revenue operations, ideally with experience in a technology or marketing environment. You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth settings and are passionate about building operational infrastructure from the ground up. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the role.

Desirable

Experience in programmatic advertising or marketing channels would be a plus. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and revenue process maturity is highly desirable. You may also have experience with data-driven growth initiatives, which will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As the Lead, Revenue Operations, you will play a mission-critical role in supporting StackAdapt’s Vertical Sales business unit. You will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with the VP, Vertical Sales to operationalize go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue process maturity and enabling data-driven growth in this high-potential business line. You will be hands-on in developing and implementing operational frameworks that support sales initiatives and enhance overall performance. You will also analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the team is equipped with the insights needed to succeed. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be essential to align strategies and optimize campaign performance.
