What you'll do
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in scaling Mattermost's revenue engine. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and improving forecasting accuracy, ensuring that our global GTM teams are equipped with the tools and insights they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations to develop strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals.
Your role will involve analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. You will also be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, ensuring that our teams have access to the insights they need to make strategic choices.
In addition, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in building scalable systems that support our growth objectives and enhance our overall operational capabilities.
