What you'll do

In your role as Analytics Manager, you will lead the Business Analytics team, focusing on driving growth across all categories. You will be responsible for launching and scaling categories by ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing, and conversion rates. Collaborating with category marketing teams and other category teams will be essential to your success. You will analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve processes.

Your role will involve empowering your team members to take ownership of their work while providing guidance and support. You will work closely with various functions, including Product, Supplier Growth, User Growth, and Fulfillment & Experience, to ensure alignment and drive results. Regular 1-1s and team outings will foster a positive work environment, allowing you to build strong relationships within your team and across the organization.
