What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the partner strategy team for Meeshoβs logistics unit, ValMo. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain partners such as delivery executives and truckers. Your focus will be on driving structured growth through innovative marketing channels and optimizing partner conversion processes. You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, tech, and business finance teams to enhance the fulfillment and experience for users.
You will lead key initiatives aimed at revamping the logistics network, ensuring that Meesho becomes the preferred channel for e-commerce among small entrepreneurs and users. Your role will involve identifying and addressing the most complex challenges within the logistics ecosystem, leveraging user-centric designs and cost-effective processes. You will be expected to own all aspects of the partner strategy, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that the team meets its growth objectives.
