Meesho is hiring a Cluster Head Middle Mile to manage operations for the Delhi cluster. You'll oversee onboarding and training of partners while driving key operational metrics. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

Who you are
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally within the e-commerce or logistics sector. Your experience includes overseeing large teams and managing complex supply chain processes, ensuring that operational goals are met efficiently. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are adept at identifying gaps in processes and implementing effective solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving customer experiences through innovative logistics strategies.
You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and training others. You have a track record of successfully onboarding partners and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are comfortable with data analysis and use metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
What you'll do
As the Cluster Head MM for Delhi, you will take complete ownership of the operations within your cluster. This includes onboarding and training new partners, ensuring they are equipped to meet the operational standards of Meesho. You will regularly visit partner facilities to monitor performance and drive key operational metrics, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including logistics teams and partner management, to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to make informed decisions that enhance the overall efficiency of the supply chain. You will also be responsible for leading initiatives that aim to reimagine logistics and improve the customer experience in e-commerce.
