You have a strong background in providing technical support and engineering solutions, ideally with experience in managing integrations with third-party services. What you'll do

As a Business Support Engineer at Meta, you will play a key role in providing both proactive and reactive support for partner issues and integrations. You will collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve issues reported by partners, ensuring that necessary fixes and continuous improvements are implemented in products and deployments. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing partner needs and communicating effectively with product teams to enhance the overall user experience.

You will specialize in one of Meta's key business areas, such as Business Messaging, Telecommunications, Fintech, or Advertising, allowing you to leverage your subject-matter knowledge to improve the support experience. Your role will involve working closely with regional offices and partnership teams to support a broad range of partners globally, integrating Meta's Business Products into their offerings. You will also be responsible for gathering insights from partner interactions to inform product development and enhancements.
