Who you are

You have a strong background in providing technical support and are skilled in managing and maintaining integrations with third-party services. Your critical thinking abilities allow you to blend systems design with business needs effectively, ensuring that you can foster strong developer and business relationships. You understand industry trends and partner solutions, which helps you communicate key insights to product teams. Your experience in customer service is proven, and you have a desire to improve the support experience for customers.

What you'll do

As a Business Support Engineer at Meta, you will play a key role in providing both proactive and reactive support for partner issues and integrations. You will collaborate with a global team of Business Support Engineers to address and resolve issues reported by partners, working closely with Platform and Infrastructure teams to assess and agree on necessary actions for fixes and continuous improvements. You will specialize in one of Meta's key business areas, such as Business Messaging, Telecommunications, Fintech, or Advertising, ensuring that you leverage your expertise to enhance the support experience for our partners and customers. Your role will involve understanding the implications of partner solutions and integrations on the product roadmap, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of Meta's Business Products.
