Who you are

You have a strong background in providing technical support and engineering solutions, ideally with experience in managing integrations with third-party services. Your critical thinking skills allow you to blend systems design with business needs effectively, ensuring that you can foster strong relationships with developers and business partners. You understand industry trends and have a keen insight into partner solutions and integrations, which helps you communicate key insights to product teams. You are passionate about improving the support experience for customers and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with a global team to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvements in products and deployments.

Desirable

Experience in one of the key business areas such as Advertising, Business Messaging, Telecommunications, or Fintech would be beneficial. Familiarity with technical support tools and methodologies is a plus, as is a desire to specialize in a specific business area. You are adaptable and willing to learn, which will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Business Support Engineer at Meta, you will play a key role in providing both proactive and reactive support for partner issues and integrations. You will collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve issues reported by partners, ensuring that necessary fixes and improvements are implemented effectively. Your role will involve assessing partner needs and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. You will specialize in one of Meta's key business areas, allowing you to leverage your expertise to improve partner experiences. You will also be responsible for communicating insights from partner interactions to product teams, helping to shape the product roadmap based on real-world feedback. Your work will directly impact the quality of Meta's Business Products and the satisfaction of its partners and customers.
