You are adept at managing relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring that sales programs align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences. Your analytical skills enable you to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively liaise between internal teams and external partners. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at translating complex ideas into actionable plans. What you'll do

As the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing staffing strategies for the Field Sales and Training Programs within the retail channel. You will lead the translation of Meta's priorities into compelling sales and demo programs that engage customers and drive sales. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the staffing program, including coverage models, operations, sales reporting, and strategic planning.

You will work closely with external agency partners to design and execute demo programs that reflect Meta's brand mission and values. Your expertise in the wearables and AI sectors will be crucial in consulting with internal partners on strategic execution and future innovations. You will leverage ongoing learnings to inform and enhance the effectiveness of sales initiatives, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the market.
