You have a proven track record in channel sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you've successfully developed and executed partner-led sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth. Your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments sets you apart, allowing you to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams alike.

You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a unified approach to enterprise adoption. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of Postman's API platform to potential partners and clients, ensuring alignment and mutual success.

What you'll do

As a Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory, focusing on recruiting and enrolling strategic partners. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for collaboration and driving partner-led demand to accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman's solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner initiatives align with overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales motions that leverage partnerships to expand Postman's footprint within large organizations. This includes creating and implementing joint go-to-market strategies, conducting training sessions for partners, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success in selling Postman's offerings.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, grow the partner ecosystem, and enhance Postman's reputation in the market. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback from partners to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that Postman's offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
