You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies and insights clearly to both your team and clients. Your collaborative approach fosters strong relationships, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience in the China export market or familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities it presents would be a significant advantage. A background in digital marketing or advertising, particularly with Meta's suite of products, is also highly desirable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to servicing China export eCommerce clients. Your primary responsibility will be to guide your team in achieving their sales targets while ensuring that clients are effectively utilizing Meta's advertising solutions to maximize their performance.

You will be at the forefront of Meta's AI transformation, helping clients harness generative AI tools and Advantage+ campaigns to enhance their advertising strategies. Your hands-on coaching will empower your team to develop their skills and improve their performance in a competitive landscape.

You will collaborate closely with other departments, including product and engineering, to ensure that client feedback is integrated into Meta's offerings. Your insights will help shape the direction of Meta's advertising solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of clients.
