Desirable

Experience with both New Technology Introduction (NTI) and New Product Introduction (NPI) developments is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced algorithms and calibration software pipelines. Your knowledge of robotic and motion platform control will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Test Engineer for Calibration at Meta, you will lead the end-to-end development of software and hardware integration for AR/VR products. This includes designing and implementing calibration software pipelines, instrument control, and data capture processes. You will validate the first article in the lab or onsite, ensuring that all systems meet the required specifications before mass production.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners during the product exploration phase, driving the conceptual design of hardware solutions. Your role will involve documenting processes and troubleshooting any issues that arise during testing and calibration, ensuring a seamless transition to production.

You will also be responsible for enforcing manufacturability and testability standards, working to deliver top-quality tracking system calibrations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Meta's AR/VR technologies, making this a pivotal role in the development process.
