You are a Compensation Business Partner with a strong understanding of compensation strategy and practices. You have experience collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent compensation across various teams. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively makes you a trusted advisor in compensation matters.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate compensation strategies clearly to diverse audiences. You are detail-oriented and analytical, ensuring that compensation practices align with Meta's business objectives and philosophy. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving compensation strategy across Meta’s business pillars, including Partnerships, Global Operations, Enterprise Engineering, and Corporate Development. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners to address compensation issues and ensure that practices are consistent and impartial.
You will act as a strategic advisor, enabling HRBPs to be the first line of defense for compensation-related inquiries. Your proactive approach will help manage stakeholder relationships and support Meta’s compensation philosophy. You will analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy development.
