Who you are

You have a strategic mindset and a global perspective, with experience in compensation management across diverse employee populations. Your background includes collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align compensation programs with organizational goals. You understand the importance of building a diverse and inclusive workplace and are committed to fostering authenticity in your work environment.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct job analyses and create detailed job descriptions that support career paths and job classifications. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that compensation programs are competitive and compliant with local regulations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the job architecture framework, conducting job analyses, and creating job descriptions for various roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams to ensure that compensation programs are aligned with organizational goals and compliant with local laws.

You will also play a key role in the administration of compensation programs, ensuring that they are competitive and equitable across different regions. Your work will involve analyzing compensation data and trends to inform decision-making and support the organization's strategic objectives.
