Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to innovate and push boundaries, ensuring that product strategies align with user needs and business goals.

You possess a deep understanding of machine learning principles and practices — you can effectively communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on product vision and execution. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights helps you make informed decisions that enhance product performance.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists — you understand the importance of teamwork and are skilled at fostering relationships that drive successful outcomes. You are passionate about user protection and understand the implications of compromised accounts — your commitment to creating safe and secure user experiences motivates you to develop innovative solutions that address these challenges. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Desirable

Experience with adversarial AI or cybersecurity products is a plus — you have a keen interest in how AI can be utilized to combat online threats and enhance user safety. Familiarity with product metrics and A/B testing methodologies will further strengthen your ability to drive product success.

What you'll do

As the Product Manager for AI in the Compromised Actors organization, you will own the product strategy for adversarial AI at scale — your role involves defining how to build, deploy, and evolve machine learning systems that detect and respond to account compromises across billions of users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are effectively integrated with expert-augmenting systems, creating a cohesive approach to user protection.

You will lead the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features that enhance the detection and enforcement capabilities against compromised accounts — your strategic vision will guide the team in delivering impactful solutions that address user safety and business needs. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product iterations and improvements.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to bring your product vision to life — you will facilitate discussions that align technical capabilities with user requirements, ensuring that the final product meets high standards of quality and effectiveness. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be essential in driving alignment across teams.

You will monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimize product features — your analytical skills will help you identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the product continues to evolve in response to user needs and market dynamics.
