Overview
OpenAI is seeking a Product Manager for their Integrity team to scale product efforts and technical strategy. You'll collaborate with various teams to build tools for AI-forward investigation and develop infrastructure for detecting misuse. This role requires experience in managing complex product challenges.

Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in addressing complex issues related to scaled abuse and ensuring responsible use of technology. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, safety, policy, and engineering. You understand the importance of safety in technology deployment and are committed to building products that are beneficial to users.
You possess a keen analytical mindset, using data to inform product decisions and understand user needs. Your experience includes developing tools and infrastructure that enhance product integrity and prevent misuse. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing solutions that align with OpenAI's mission of responsible AI deployment.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology products is a plus, as is familiarity with user operations and compliance. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and can effectively communicate technical strategies to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product efforts for the Integrity team, focusing on building tooling for AI-forward investigations of malicious users. You will develop infrastructure that supports the detection of novel misuse of OpenAIβs services, ensuring that the products are used in accordance with established policies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to gather insights and feedback, which will guide future product development.
You will utilize data to better understand user needs and inform product enhancements. Your role will require you to lead full-stack systems that prevent violations of OpenAIβs usage policies, ensuring that the technology is deployed safely and responsibly. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical strategy for the Integrity team, working closely with product, safety, and engineering teams to align on goals and objectives.
