You have extensive experience in logistics operations, particularly within data centers, and understand the complexities of managing logistics processes at a tactical, operational, and strategic level. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various stakeholders across the data center ecosystem.
You are adept at implementing consistent and repeatable processes that enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical mindset helps you maintain inventory consistency across multiple data center locations, ensuring that logistics operations run smoothly. You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with internal customers and partners, fostering strong relationships that drive success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing logistics operations at Meta's data center locations. You will collaborate closely with on-site program managers and other IBOS teams to develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and ensuring that processes are scalable and efficient.
You will maintain oversight of inventory management across the distributed network of data centers, ensuring that all locations operate with consistency and accuracy. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth logistics operations. You will also be responsible for providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis of logistics processes, contributing to the overall success of the data center operations.
