Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in logistics operations, particularly within data centers, and possess a strong understanding of the associated processes and systems. Your background includes significant experience in data analysis and project management, allowing you to influence operational strategies effectively. You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth logistics operations across multiple sites.
Your analytical skills enable you to maintain consistency in inventories across a distributed network, and you are comfortable working with financial cost analysis to support decision-making. You understand the tactical, operational, and strategic aspects of data center operations, which positions you well to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead in implementing consistent and scalable logistics processes across Meta's data center ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with on-site program managers and other IBOS teams to ensure that logistics operations align with overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining analytics to support operational improvements and ensuring that inventory levels are consistent across all data center locations.
You will also work cross-functionally with various internal customers and partners, fostering strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of logistics operations, and you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis of logistics data.
