Who you are
You have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in the context of data centers, where you've successfully led teams through complex projects from inception to completion. Your background includes working closely with designers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You understand the critical nature of telecommunications and structured cabling infrastructure, and you are adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. You are a strategic thinker who can balance capacity availability with cost-effectiveness, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to think creatively about solutions to challenges that arise during the construction and operation of data centers.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects, is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to lead effectively. A background in engineering or architecture can also be beneficial, as it provides a deeper understanding of the technical requirements involved in data center design and construction.
What you'll do
