You are familiar with the challenges of maintaining quality standards across vendors and can implement consistent escalation paths to avoid delays.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Equipment Strategy for Meta's data center program, focusing on managing the increased complexity and volume of equipment management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your responsibilities will include tracking equipment submittals, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality standards across all vendors.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to address scalability issues within the operational model. This includes improving document control and ensuring that all teams are using consistent tools and processes. You will play a critical role in aligning schedules and designs to avoid misalignment and delays.
