What you'll do
As the Staff Technical Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers dedicated to advancing the performance, quality, and cost-efficiency of WHOOP products. You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions that align with WHOOP's mission of unlocking human potential. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical designs evolve to meet production demands while maintaining high standards of quality.
You will play a critical role in the product development lifecycle, from concept through to production, ensuring that all electrical engineering aspects are addressed. This includes conducting design reviews, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
