What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Supplier Management initiatives at Meta, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement various supplier transformation programs. You will drive the strategy, roadmap, processes, tools, reporting, policies, and metrics throughout the lifecycle of supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure alignment on supplier management goals and objectives. You will assist the Manager of Enterprise Supplier Management in delivering thought leadership and robust policies that enhance supplier management practices.

You will have the opportunity to influence account management strategies and build a comprehensive supplier relationship management framework. This includes developing and implementing a supplier master data management strategy that ensures effective management of supplier relationships. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining metrics and reporting tools that provide insights into supplier performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Your role will require you to thrive in a flat, fast-moving organization, utilizing creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact. You will work collaboratively with various business unit supplier management teams and Strategic Sourcing to drive supplier transformation initiatives that align with Meta's overall business objectives.
