With advanced hands-on technical skills, you have a broad knowledge of server administration and have participated in projects within large-scale distributed data centers. Your expertise includes hardware repair, OS management, tooling and automation, networking, and technical project management.

You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable team member. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations within Meta's data centers. You will work closely with the Production Operations team to ensure that the infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing server hardware, performing OS management, and implementing tooling and automation solutions to streamline operations. You will also be involved in networking tasks and technical project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with other engineers and IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the data center environment. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in maintaining the reliability of the systems and ensuring that they meet the demands of Meta's rapidly scaling infrastructure. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices in data center operations.
