What you'll do

In this high-impact role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on external financial reporting and SEC filings — you will lead the preparation and review of all SEC reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process, addressing any inquiries and providing necessary documentation. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SOX compliance programs, ensuring that internal controls are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing financial reporting processes — your insights will help streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will work closely with the Finance team to analyze financial results, providing guidance on accounting policies and procedures.
