What you'll do
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. Your efforts will drive immediate traffic, sign-ups, and menu checkouts, directly impacting the company's growth. You will own the email and SMS automation stack, focusing on building and refining high-converting flows that enhance user activation and drive repeat purchase behavior. Additionally, you will produce high-performing ad creatives and landing page copy, relentlessly testing messaging and visuals to improve conversion rates. Your role will be pivotal in defining the brand in the marketplace and ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
