You have a strong background in technical sales and consulting, ideally with experience in APIs and financial technology. Your ability to engage with customers early in the sales process allows you to run technical discovery sessions effectively, ensuring that prospects reach a 'technical yes' faster. You possess deep technical comfort and critical thinking skills, enabling you to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your experience includes building technical champions within customer organizations and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to drive successful outcomes. You have a history of creating technical enablement content and reusable solution frameworks that enhance the customer experience. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about the opportunity to work with leading fintech companies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for improving Method's technical sales and expansion motion. You will engage with customers during the pre-sales phase, conducting technical discovery and solutioning to ensure a smooth integration process. Your expertise in APIs will be crucial as you guide customers through the technical aspects of our offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to develop solutions that meet customer requirements. Your role will involve creating technical documentation and enablement materials that support both internal teams and customers. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential as you collaborate with various stakeholders.
What we offer
