What you'll do

As a Solutions Consultant at Figma, you will play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise accounts by crafting and delivering consultative strategies that highlight the value of our platform. You will lead technical discussions and product demonstrations, showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries related to the Figma platform and collaborating with the Sales team to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You will own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle, addressing security questionnaires and enterprise questions to build trust and confidence. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will be essential in driving revenue and growth for Figma as we continue to innovate.
