What you'll do

In this role, you will engage strategically with key accounts to drive AI transformation initiatives. You will work closely with field teams to execute programmatic actions that enhance consumption of Microsoft’s AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include documenting and sharing best practices, ensuring progress towards value realization goals, and providing valuable feedback to the Product Group. You will also partner with field teams to identify and resolve key barriers to scaled success, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.

You will play a critical role in the Customer Experience and Success organization, contributing to the mission of empowering customers through differentiated experiences. Your work will directly impact the success of Microsoft’s AI initiatives and help shape the future of customer engagement.
