Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience working with large data sets and synthesizing actionable insights — your strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable you to work effectively with financial data. You possess intermediate to advanced skills with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, allowing you to create compelling presentations that communicate your findings clearly. Your background may include experience in B2B SaaS, Finance, or FP&A, and while SQL experience is a plus, it is not required. You are a motivated individual with a passion for financial analysis and enjoy presenting insights while collaborating with sales teams.
Desirable
Experience in consulting is a plus, as it has equipped you with the ability to handle complex data and present it to various stakeholders effectively. You thrive in environments where you can implement feedback from internal experts and identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring consistency across global teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze travel and expense data from prospect customers to understand the revenue opportunity. You will work across global teams and segmented sales teams to run analyses and create presentations that showcase value savings through clear and concise visualizations of data and insights. Managing financial calculators to determine the business value of high-priority sales deals will be part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting deals through the middle and bottom of the opportunity funnel.
You will present your analyses to managers, directors, and executives at prospect companies, handling objections and arbitrating critical data points related to opportunities between pre and post-sales teams. Additionally, you will manage a queue of inbound tickets, prioritizing them based on predefined logic and adhering to SLA requirements to ensure you meet the needs of both internal and external customers. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
