You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the wellness or technology sectors — you understand the nuances of managing client relationships and driving business outcomes. You are comfortable leading executive-level relationships and have a proven track record of driving measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.

Your ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution makes you an effective leader in your book of business. What you'll do

As the Mid-Market Account Manager, you will own the commercial and strategic outcomes of a portfolio of mid-market wellness brands — this includes being accountable for retention, growth, and partnership health. You will act as the general manager for your book of business, leading executive-level relationships and ensuring that your clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and sustainable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that align with client goals and drive revenue performance. This includes identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and proactively addressing any challenges that may arise. You will also track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

In this role, you will engage with clients regularly to understand their evolving needs and ensure that they are receiving the highest level of service. You will facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in fostering trust and loyalty among your clients.
