What you'll do

As the Mid-Market Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of mid-market wellness brands, acting as the general manager for your book of business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive retention, growth, and partnership health, ensuring that your clients achieve their strategic objectives. You will lead executive-level relationships, working closely with internal experts to deliver an exceptional partner experience. Your role will involve analyzing customer needs and aligning them with Mindbody's offerings, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to succeed.
