Your strong leadership skills enable you to mentor and guide a team of Client Partners effectively, ensuring alignment between Mindtickle's solutions and customer business priorities. You possess deep business and commercial acumen, allowing you to drive value realization and retention across a portfolio of high-impact accounts. You thrive in fostering long-term partnerships and measurable outcomes, demonstrating a commitment to customer success.

What you'll do

As a Principal Client Partner, you will lead a team of Client Partners while directly managing strategic customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include driving value realization, retention, and growth across your accounts. You will mentor your team, guiding them in strategic engagements to ensure that Mindtickle's solutions align with customer business priorities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, fostering long-term partnerships that yield measurable outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
