What you'll do
As the first Pinterest employee in the Melbourne market, you will take on a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company's presence. You will work autonomously to manage your book of business, focusing on two of Australiaβs top retail groups. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with client sales teams, and driving engagement through face-to-face meetings. You will be expected to deliver and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional partnership experiences and leveraging your knowledge of measurement and performance.
You will work proactively, planning 6-12 months ahead to ensure that you are delivering strategic value to your customers. This involves surfacing insights and pitches that align with their planning cycles. You will also need to balance long-term strategic initiatives with the ability to respond quickly to short-term requests, showcasing your versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
