With experience in demand generation and customer engagement, you thrive in cross-functional environments and are adept at leveraging data to optimize campaign performance. You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the manufacturing and service sectors, and can tailor messaging to resonate with local markets. Your entrepreneurial mindset drives you to identify new opportunities and test innovative approaches, ensuring that your marketing efforts align with both global and regional objectives. You are comfortable working independently as an individual contributor and are committed to delivering results with urgency and accountability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing plans for the DACH region, closely aligning with global and EMEA objectives. You will collaborate with global marketing, regional sales, partners, and customer success teams to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads and support customer retention. Your responsibilities will include driving demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, partnerships, webinars, events, earned media, and social media. You will leverage data and automation tools to track ROI and optimize performance, acting as a regional marketing ambassador while ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy. You will take ownership of impactful activities and champion a customer-focused approach that delivers a value-driven proposition.
