Overview
Minitab is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to develop and expand their strategic enterprise customer base across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead complex sales engagements focused on Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong engineering or technical background and experience in enterprise software sales.

Who you are
You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong engineering or technical background — you have a proven track record of selling quality, manufacturing, or enterprise software solutions into large, complex organizations. You thrive in consultative sales engagements and are comfortable working with senior business, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. Your ability to position Minitab as a long-term partner for enterprise organizations is key to your success in this role.
You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a passion for helping organizations improve quality and optimize processes. Your experience in the field has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting relationships with clients. You are results-oriented and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to Minitab's growth in the ANZ region.
Desirable
Experience in Continuous Quality Improvement or operational excellence solutions is a plus. Familiarity with Minitab's products and services will help you connect with potential clients more effectively. A background in engineering or technical fields will enhance your ability to engage with stakeholders and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Minitab's strategic enterprise customer base across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead complex, consultative sales engagements focused on enterprise-wide Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Minitab's solutions to meet those needs effectively. You will work closely with senior business, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, compliance, and performance.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. Your role will involve regular travel within the ANZ region to meet with clients and prospects, fostering relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to Minitab's overall growth strategy in the region.
