Minted is hiring an Associate Manager for Artist Relations to lead the Community Support team and manage the Artist Challenge program. This role focuses on supporting and engaging Minted's community of artists.

You are an empathetic and highly organized people and operations manager with a passion for supporting creative communities. You have experience in managing teams and fostering relationships, ensuring that artists feel valued and engaged. Your strong communication skills allow you to connect with diverse individuals, and you thrive in environments where collaboration is key. You understand the importance of community support and are dedicated to developing and retaining talent within the organization.
You have a background in operations management, ideally within creative or artistic fields, and you are comfortable leading initiatives that enhance community engagement. Your ability to analyze and improve processes will help you effectively manage the Artist Challenge program, ensuring it meets the needs of both artists and the company. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the team and the community.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Community Support team, providing guidance and support to ensure they effectively engage with Minted's artist community. You will manage the Artist Challenge program, overseeing its execution and ensuring it aligns with Minted's mission to support artists. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance community engagement, analyzing feedback from artists, and implementing improvements based on their needs.
You will collaborate closely with other teams within Minted to create a cohesive experience for artists, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued. You will also be responsible for tracking the success of community initiatives and reporting on their impact. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive and inclusive environment for artists, helping them to thrive and succeed within the Minted community.
