Overview
Mintel is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure client retention and satisfaction by providing training and analytical support. This role requires at least two years of client-facing experience and is based in Chicago with hybrid work options.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least two years of professional client-facing experience, ideally in a consultative role where you've helped clients achieve their goals. You understand the importance of building long-lasting relationships and are proactive in ensuring clients derive value from the services provided. Your analytical skills allow you to navigate complex data and provide insights that drive client engagement and retention. You are a creative thinker who enjoys working collaboratively with teams to enhance client experiences across various industries, including Financial Services, Telecom, Media, and Advertising Agencies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building usage, interest, and awareness of Mintel services among your clients. You will co-facilitate monthly or quarterly calls with clients alongside the Account Manager, sharing insights and gathering feedback to understand their business objectives better. Your focus will be on increasing renewal rates and maximizing growth within each account through effective training and research support. You will work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that clients are not only satisfied but also see the value in continuing their partnership with Mintel.
