Who you are
You have a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university and at least 2 years of professional work experience, particularly in B2B environments. Your entrepreneurial spirit and outgoing personality make you an ideal candidate for this role, as you will be the advocate for the Insights product with clients. You possess exceptional CRM skills, effective organization, and a keen attention to detail, which are crucial for fostering relationships with key stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to contribute to the strategic plans that enhance client engagement and retention.
Desirable
Experience in the healthcare or investment sectors would be a plus, as it will help you understand the unique needs of our Corporate Healthcare and Institutional Investment clients. Familiarity with client engagement strategies and a track record of driving upsell opportunities will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a liaison between clients and salespeople, playing a vital role in driving engagement and revenue growth within the rapidly expanding Insights product line. You will develop personalized engagement plans tailored to each client's focus areas, ensuring that they maximize the usage of our offerings. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and driving client engagement through direct outreach efforts, such as emails, product demonstrations, and both virtual and onsite meetings. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely renewals and identify upsell opportunities, leveraging valuable feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
