Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management or business development, ideally within the eCommerce or retail media sectors. Your experience includes engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing strategic insights that drive growth. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with advertisers and internal teams alike. You are proactive and results-oriented, always looking for ways to maximize advertiser adoption and ad spend. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a Retail Media Account Manager at Mirakl, you will define and implement growth strategies for marketplace operators, setting targets and developing value propositions that resonate with advertisers. You will engage with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions that leverage Mirakl Ads. Your role will involve executing business development initiatives, both one-on-one and in group settings, to drive advertiser engagement. You will analyze data to provide insights that help advertisers maximize their return on investment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions provided align with client needs and market trends. You will also monitor the performance of advertising campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations for optimization. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of Mirakl-powered marketplaces, helping to expand our retail media business.
