Overview

Ripple is hiring a Business Development Director to drive adoption of RLUSD and XRP Ledger. You'll focus on strategic partnerships in the blockchain and finance sectors. This role requires strong institutional finance experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in business development, particularly in the financial sector, and a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in regulated finance. Your background includes developing and executing high-impact partnerships that drive real usage of innovative financial solutions. You are comfortable working at the intersection of technology and finance, and you have a proven track record of influencing institutional workflows across payments, FX, liquidity, and settlement. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with senior leaders across various departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic partnerships that enhance the adoption of RLUSD and the XRP Ledger. You will work closely with teams across RippleX, Stablecoins, Payments, Legal, Compliance, and Product to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Your focus will be on stablecoin-enabled use cases across financial markets and digital asset infrastructure. You will engage with financial institutions, businesses, and governments to promote the benefits of Ripple's crypto solutions, driving greater economic fairness and opportunity.
