You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the software industry. You understand the challenges faced by construction contractors and are passionate about creating solutions that improve their workflows. You excel in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with engineering and design teams to bring innovative products to market. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your work and the products you manage.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Miter, you will own the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with our mission to help construction contractors build with confidence. You will conduct user research to understand the needs of our customers and translate those insights into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will define and track success metrics to measure the impact of product changes and iterate based on user feedback. You will also coordinate go-to-market strategies and work with marketing to ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and gather input on future developments.
