What you'll do
As the first Business Development Manager dedicated to Poland, you will establish Mollie's presence in the region by executing a wide range of commercial activities. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from creating and nurturing leads to engaging prospects and understanding their unique challenges. Your goal is to grow our customer base in the medium and large business segment while transforming new customers into enthusiastic Mollie ambassadors. You will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve crafting compelling commercial proposals tailored to the specific needs of each business, ensuring that Mollie's solutions are positioned as the best choice for their payment and money management needs.
