You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams — your experience in fostering a hacker's mindset towards problem-solving sets you apart. With a strong background in DevOps practices, you understand the importance of system observability and scalability in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about mentoring your team members, helping them grow and reach their career goals through performance cycles and technical discussions.
Your technical expertise includes a deep understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) processes and tools — you have successfully implemented CI/CD pipelines that enhance development workflows. You are comfortable working with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Your ability to drive technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams is a key strength.
What you'll do
As an Engineering Manager at Mollie, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class engineering team focused on Developer Enablement. You will oversee the performance management of your team, ensuring that each member has the support they need to excel in their roles.
