You have 3+ years of field experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating a strong ability to close new accounts and expand existing ones. Your track record showcases your capability to navigate complex sales processes and achieve sales targets consistently. You possess the skills to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology, enabling you to build strong relationships with business champions. Your driven and competitive nature fuels your desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment, and you are fluent in English, ensuring effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable
While not mandatory, experience in the technology sector and familiarity with enterprise solutions will be advantageous. A background in working with technical end users and understanding their needs can set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, focusing on strategic prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users. You will partner with Solution Architects and collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes. Your responsibilities will include participating in sales enablement trainings, including a comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs, to enhance your skills and effectiveness in the role. You will be expected to formulate and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, resulting in significant revenue growth within your assigned territory.
