Who you are

You have over 5 years of quota-carrying field sales experience, particularly in closing new workloads and expanding accounts. Your ability to cultivate relationships with CTOs, Engineering, and IT leaders has been a key factor in your success. You thrive in environments where you can inspire and enable success for your team, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

You are adept at managing the full sales cycle for various products and services, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and how to meet them. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute territory plans that align with revenue targets, ensuring that you are always focused on growth and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base. You will prospect into CTOs and technical end users, growing the current base of MongoDB customers by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting. You will manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships, building a robust sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and Clari. Your expertise in utilizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach will be crucial in maximizing your outreach efforts. You will also be expected to provide feedback and input on how the sales team can continue to innovate and improve.
