Who you are

You have over 5 years of quota-carrying field sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to prospect effectively and engage with CTOs, Engineering, and IT leaders, ensuring you can navigate complex sales cycles with ease.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales ecosystems to drive initiatives and partnerships. Your ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to develop and execute territory plans that align with company goals.

You are proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce and Clari, and you maximize prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach to build a robust sales pipeline. Your analytical skills enable you to assess market opportunities and adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of customers.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Familiarity with MongoDB products and services will enhance your ability to communicate value to potential clients.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth at MongoDB, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base. You will manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction among clients.

Your responsibilities will include prospecting into key decision-makers and technical end users, growing the current base of MongoDB customers by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting. You will collaborate with the sales team to drive initiatives and partnerships that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

You will develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets, leveraging your sales expertise to maximize opportunities. Building a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari will be essential, as will your ability to utilize prospecting tools effectively to identify and engage potential clients.
