Hatch is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive sales. You'll work closely with a go-to-market team to close significant deals and enhance customer engagement with AI solutions. This role requires 6-8 years of experience in a closing role within SaaS.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 6-8+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS, ideally with a focus on AI or MarTech. Your proven track record includes closing six-figure deals, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior decision-makers effectively. Collaboration is key for you; you thrive in team environments and see yourself as a partner to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) rather than a lone wolf. You are based in either Boston or New York City, ready to embrace a hybrid work model that allows for in-person collaboration approximately 50-70% of the time.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing across both inbound and outbound opportunities. You will partner with your go-to-market teammates, including SDRs, marketing, and leadership, to execute a high-quality pipeline strategy that consistently hits and exceeds quota. Your responsibilities will also include strategic travel for key deals, on-site meetings, and major industry events, ensuring you maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will play a hands-on role in shaping how leading brands modernize customer engagement through Hatch's innovative AI agents, contributing to a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
