What you'll do

As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at MongoDB, you will conduct structured competitive research using defined frameworks and guidance from senior CI team members. You will analyze competitor products and maintain accurate competitive profiles, contributing to CI deliverables such as battlecards, competitor snapshots, FAQs, and internal briefs. Your role will involve translating insights into actionable content that supports Product Marketing and Sales teams. You will collaborate closely with these teams to ensure that competitive insights are effectively integrated into product strategy and go-to-market execution. You will also support Sales and field teams with competitive insights for active opportunities, responding to inbound CI requests with guidance and escalation as needed. Your contributions will help ensure that CI content remains current through regular updates and reviews, ultimately enabling MongoDB to win in the market.
