Your experience in workflow automation and engineering allows you to build and maintain automated data pipelines that digest competitive signals and reduce manual synthesis time.

You have a strong understanding of operational process design, enabling you to create and enforce intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and SLAs that govern how the Competitive Intelligence team accepts and delivers work. Your tool and platform ownership skills are evident as you administer and optimize the CI tech stack, including tools like Monday.com and Salesforce, ensuring field intelligence capture and management is seamless.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated data pipelines using tools like n8n and APIs. You will design operational processes that enhance the efficiency of the Competitive Intelligence function, ensuring that insights are captured, synthesized, and distributed with minimal friction. You will act as the primary interface between the CI team and cross-functional partners, translating their requests into structured, repeatable workflows that drive results.

You will manage the last mile of intelligence delivery, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated and utilized across the organization. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the systems that support the CI function, allowing for greater impact and credibility in the insights provided. You will collaborate closely with teams in Product, Sales, and Finance, ensuring that their needs are met through well-designed operational processes.
